Pelele y zapatitos de bebé

Llevo mucho tiempo sin colgar ningún trabajo, y tengo muchas cosas pendientes por enseňar. Con los amigurumis un poco abandonados me he dedicado a otras cositas, patchwork, costura, fofuchas, punto de cruz y leer un poco.
Aqui os dejo una foto de un pelele de bebé a conjunto de unos zapatitos para el verano.

It's been a long time since I updated the blog with one of my works, and I really have a lot to show you. I left the amigurumies, but I've been doing other things like patchwork, sewing, fofuchas, cross-stitsch and reading.

Lo se. Hace un montón que no actualizo el blog. Entre otros motivos, ahora no tengo internet en casa y se me hace difícil actualizarlo, pero tengo un montón de fotos pendientes de publicar, así que, en cuanto me ponga, tendréis ideas para aburrir.
El otro día hice una tarjeta de cumpleaños para la hija de unos amigos que cumplia 2 añitos.
Siempre que me pongo a hacer tarjetas, quiero hacer algo cargado y lleno de decoraciones, pero esto es lo que conseguí. Por supuesto, me gustó, por eso la dejé así:

I know. It's been a looong time since I updated the blog. Among other reasons, now I don't have internet access at home, so it's really difficult to update it, but I have a lot of photos ready to upload, so as soon as I start writing new posts, you will see tons of new ideas.
A few days ago I made a card for a friends' daughter, who celebrated her 2nd birthday.
When I start making a new card, I always want to do something overdecorated, but tI always get things like this one. I like what I got, that's why I left it this way:

Colorful Mini Book for Baby

La última vez que fui a cortarme el pelo, mi peluquera me pidió un mini para poner fotos de su hija pequeñita y pensé, bueno, la próxima vez que vaya a la peluquería, se lo llevaré. Suelo ir una vez cada mes y medio o dos meses. Pues bien, esta vez he tenido el pelo más largo que nunca, ha ha ha! Me pilló en comuniones y encargos y nunca encontraba tiempo para hacerlo...
Empecé a hacer páginas y, cuando me di cuenta, ya apenas me quedaba papel para decorar y hacer las tapas. Además, está hecho con papeles sueltos que me quedaban de una colección, así que ha sido un reto hacer un mini con tan pocos papeles.
Así es como ha quedado:

Last time I went to the hairdresser's, my hairdresser asked me for a mini book for her little daughter and I thought, well, next time I come, I will bringht it. I normally cut my hair every month and a half or two months. And this time I had longer hair than ever, ha ha ha! I was in communions and orders and I couldn't find the time to make it...
I started to do pages and, when I realized, I run out of paper to decorate them and do the covers. It is also made with some papers I had left from a collection, so it's been a challenge to do this mini with so few papers.
Here you are some pics.

Para las tapas, tuve que echar mano de papel rosa porque ya no me quedaba papel decorado.

For the covers, I had to use pink paper because I had no decorated paper left.

El papel naranja usado en este bolsillo ha dado muchísimo de sí!

I got a lot from the orange paper used in this pocket!

Más papel naranja! Cada esquina de este papel es tan bonita! Añadí el sello del pajarito para darle el toque infantil.

More orange paper! Each corner of this paper is so beautiful! I added a stamp of a bird to give a childlish touch.

Como ya he comentado, iba muy corto de papel, así que tuve que hacer malabarismos para acabar este mini. Para la contraportada trasera ya no tenia nada de papel y no sabía que hacer, así que con los retales que me sobraron hice una página de banderines. Pero aún así tampoco tenía bastante, así que los corté y oculté los cortes con la cartulina para poner la foto. Así es como lo hice:

As I said before, I was really short of paper, so I had to juggle to finish this mini. For the inside back cover I had no paper left and I didn't know what to do, so I finally decided to decorate the page with flags made with the bits left. But even so I didn't have enough, so I cut them and hid the gaps with the cardboard to put the picture on. That's how I made it:

No es que sea un rata. Es que normalmente, de una colección pequeña me salen 5 páginas + tapas y aquí, cuando me di cuenta, había hecho 6 páginas. Además que faltaban 3 o 4 papeles de la colección.

I'm not mean. Normally, from a small collection, I get 5 pages + covers and here, when I realized, I made 6 pages. I also already used 3 or 4 papers from this collections for another projects.

Zapatillas "Converse"

Mis amigos Sabri y Juanjo van a ser papas de Iker, q nacerá en octubre. Quería hacerle algo original y me han salido estas monísimas zapatillas. Espero q a ellos también les gusten.

My friends Sabri and Juango are going to be the parents of Iker, who will be born in October.
I wanted to do something original and I came up with this pair of cute trainers.
I hope they like them, too.
