Tarjeta Infantil de Cumpleaños

Hola!
Solo unas palabras para mostraros una tarjeta que hice para el 11º cumpleaños de una niña.
Algo muy sencillito: Una tarjeta rosa, sobre ella pegué un trozo de cartulina blanca de forma que se viese un poco el borde, unas flores estampadas, un poquito de baker's twine rosa y la palabra "felicidades" en varios colores.
Perdón por el color tan oscuro en la foto. Estuve trasteando con la cámara y olvidé cambiar los ajustes.

Just a ferw words to show you the card I made for the 11th birthday of a girls.
Something really simple: A pink card, I glued a white cardboard so you can see the pink border, some stamped flowers, a bit of pink baker's twine and the word "Happy birthday" in different colours.
sorry for the dark colour of the picture. I was playing with the camera and forgot to restore the settings back.

Libro de Firma para Comunión de Niña (Y no es Rosa!)

¿¡Os lo podéis creer!?

Mi primer libro de firmas para chica que no necesitaba ser rosa. Y me costó un montón de hacer! No sabía por donde empezar! Ha ha ha!

Para este libro tenía vía libre, así que decidí utilizar unas papeles que compré en la Feria Creativa Valencia con motivos florales en verde, azul y marrón. Me costó arrancar, pero después salió solo.

Y parece ser que lo acerté, porque cuando lo entregué, la madre de la niña me dijo que Marta ya había pasado la etapa del rosa.

Hay pocas fotos porque algunas me salieron muy borrosas (necesito un móbil nuevo), así que solo he puesto las que estaban decentes. Falta la segunda mitad. Lo siento.

Can you believe it!?

Mi first signature book for girl that didn't need to be pink. And it was really tough to do! I had no idea of how to start! Ha ha ha!

The theme for this book was free, so I decided to use some papers I bought in Creativa Fair in Valencia with floral motives in green, blue and brown. It was difficult at the beginning but, once started, it flowed.

And it seems I chose the colors correctly, because when I gave it to her mom, she told me that Marta didn't like pink anymore.

There are few pictures because some of them are blurry (I need a new mobile), so I only uploaded the decent ones. The second half is missing. Sorry.

Buzón para Piensa Scrap

Mi hermana vio hace un par de días un buzón de papel por internet y me pidió que le hiciera uno para ella. Así que me puse a buscar y lo encontré en Piensascrap, donde hay un reto de un buzón con tema de amor o amistad. Así que me veo participando en mi segundo concurso, pero como es para mi hermana, he cambiado un poco el tema por uno primaveral. Aunque tampoco me he salido mucho del tema, ya que la primavera es la época del amor.

A couple of days ago my sister saw a postbox on the internet and asked me to make one for her. So I started surfing the internet and found it in Piensascrap, where there's a competition to make a postbox with the love or friendship theme. Now I find myself participating in my second competition, but the postbox is for my sister, so I changed the theme a bit for a Spring theme. Although it didn't change a lot, because Spring is the season of love.

La parte frontal está embossada a mano con una placa de fiskars con motivos de flores y mariposas sobre una cartulina rosa, el borde amarillo está cortado con un troquel de Fiskars también.

The front part is embossed manually with a Fiskars' Plate with motives of flowers and butterlfies on a pink cardstock, the yellow border is cut with a Fiskars' Punch too.

Para la parte trasera he utilizado la misma cartulina rosa sin embosar, pero adornada con un pajarito, césped y una flor que intenta imitar las del estampado del cuerpo central.

In the back I used the same pink cardstock without embossing, but embellished with a small bird, grass and a flower that imitates the ones in the pattern of the body.

Por último, la bandera está adornada con otro pajarito piando, como avisándote que tienes correo cuando levantas la bandera.

He puesto 3 rosas de papel hechas con origami que iban perfectas con el tema.

Todo muy sencillo, sin muchos adornos. Me pareció que el papel ya adornaba bastante por si solo.

Finally, the flag is decorated with another bird tweeting, like if it was telling you when post has arrived when you raise the flag.

I put 3 paper roses made of origami that matched perfectly the theme.

Everything quite simple, without a lot of ornaments. I thought the patterned paper its enough decorative by itself.
